Dave Ramsey made an excellent point on a recent broadcast. Facing political choice of bad and worse Ramsey said:
We’re going to be ok either way. Its not up to them, that’s the good news in the deal. Clinton didn’t change your life, Bush didn’t change your life, YOU change your life. So we are going to be ok. Let’s thank God it’s up to people who have some stinkin’ sense.
And even better news from a good friend, Kane Barker speaking to economic crisis:

Awesome thoughts babe! You are so right that God is the founding father and we must have confidence in and through Him! Also, reminding us all of personal responsibility is key as well!

Great post Rick. I have been reading Psalms lately and am constantly reminded how God is in control and that he cares deeply about his children…that HE is a stronghold even when the country may be weak.
